Independence: The Chronicles of John Doe

Introduction 

It is said that independence does not come easy and that it is very hard to maintain, some will even go too far greater lengths and through hard times try their level best to always stay independent and not be a burden to others. On the other hand, there are those who have always wanted to be the ones whom other people can depend on and that can sometimes prove to be extremely toxic because, in the end, they will want to control your life.

Chapter One 

It is no secret that John Doe has always preferred to maintain his independence, and to do that he had to make sure that he was courageous enough to stand on his own two feet… Many people out there claim to be independent but in reality, they are mostly dependent on others shocking they do not even know what it entails to be able to stand on your own without anyone backing you at all. 

If you do not have enough courage as an individual it can always prove difficult to pursue a life of independence because courage is one of the most important ingredients that help determine how serious you are about life. John Doe is an extremely brave individual and he does not mind taking risks because doing so really shows that he will not settle for less and that he is not someone who will always gladly be dependent on others.

Chapter Two 

The power of endurance can also be the deciding factor in determining whether someday you will be able to obtain and maintain your independence or not. This is why laziness will never get you anywhere you could possibly need to get to because laziness will pretty much hinder your progress. A man like John Doe is someone who has basically endured a lot in life, which is why today as we speak he is able to follow his dreams and do whatever it is that will guarantee him his desired level of independence.

Life is all about taking risks, and calculated risks to be quite frank, simply because being in the comfort zone brings about inferior results, mediocre results, and or no results at all, and honestly though, after that, you can safely say bye-bye to independence and say hello to a life of frustrations and regrets. 

Chapter Three 

A comfort zone is a nice place and a place where one can literally be at peace, but one can rest assured that their comfort will bring them a lot of misery and unprecedented turmoil in the long run. Living life on the edge can be too demanding though, and that is why most people would rather stand back and opt for the easy way out; instead of staying the course and fighting until the very last end. John Doe on the other hand was once demotivated and did not even bother taking risks at all, that really devastated him a lot, but then again everything changed when he found himself caught between a rock and hard place…

Again one needs to be aware that there are external factors that can also stand in the way of your progress and mostly it can be people who always have a negative outlook towards life in general.
