Hostility: The Chronicles Of John Doe

Introduction

One of the world's most talented and prolific writers desperately finds himself in a very hostile situation; it is certainly every author’s nightmare, “Writer's block”. For nearly six months now John Doe has really had a very difficult time producing more work writing, but instead, he’d rather spend most of his days sitting on the couch and watching TV everyday all-day non-stop, and sometimes he’d sit there until around 02:00 a.m. in the morning. Unfortunately, John was not aiming to quit and in fact, he never did, instead, he’d rather stay on his cause and finish what he had already started and that is writing. 

Chapter One

On a serious note though, procrastination is a real problem and it can really cause problems and hinder one’s progress to an extremely alarming extent, while one may not even realize the depth of the damage caused or incurred. For most of the time, John had really become a victim of procrastination, and to be honest, it was not good for business, for him, and his followers who had suddenly taken a rather odd liking towards the young man…

When it all started it seemed as though John was taking a break from writing for what was merely supposed to be a few days or so, or probably just a week, no harm done!. But as it turns out a few days quickly turned into a few weeks, and later when he finally realized a few months had already gone by. Time waits for no man and John is no exception at all, he has also come to realize that hard work and persistence are the only things that can ensure progress especially when you are really serious about your life and your achievements.

Chapter Two

In those so many months which have gone by, John was finally able to come to his senses and start working on his writing craft once again because if he does not he might as well live to regret opportunities missed and those opportunities he never pursued at all. Time is extremely important and those who do not respect it will surely suffer that is exactly what John aims to avoid because he knows that if he does not pull up his socks he will or might end up suffering for the rest of his life with no hope of ever making it as a writer…

Writing is John’s safe haven but it really breaks his heart whenever he can’t write or do anything that he really loves the most.

Chapter Three

Despite having to deal with writer's block for nearly a year John is still pretty determined to be the best at what he does and he hopes to one day be able to touch and reach even more people around the world with his words. Sometimes you do not need someone else to kidnap you in order to be in a hostile situation, or again someone does not even need to take over your company but rather instead you yourself are the one who is solely responsible for being in that situation in the first place… Most people out there always find themselves in this similar situation every now and then, and they too feel like giving up sometimes.

And to be honest it was really an eye-opener for John when he finally decided to undergo some introspection because he soon came to realize the problem actually ran way more profound than he initially had thought… Somewhere along his writing journey John was confronted with provocative criticism and by that, his confidence took a knock, but he did not come to fully understand and realize its impact until later on when he was faced with a dilemma.
